Zoho Business Analyst | Permanent | London - On-Site | Up to £70,000

We are excited to present a career opportunity on behalf of one of our key clients. They are seeking a resourceful and skilled Zoho Business Analyst to join their Change Management department on a permanent basis. I'm working with a business undergoing a major digital transformation, and they're looking for a CRM Business Analyst to support their Zoho implementation.You'll be working closely with the Transformation Director, a dedicated Zoho Developer, and a CRM Architect. Collaboration and a process-led mindset are key. Experience with Zoho is a bonus, but strong CRM expertise is essential.

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand changes in business requirements and impact on existing processes.
Analyze and interpret data to generate insightful reports for improvement of the organization's operations within Zoho platforms.
Design and implement robust change management strategies to effectively onboard new Zoho features and updates in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide training and support to internal teams, facilitating smooth adaptation to technology changes.
Drive continual improvements by tracking and assessing the effectiveness of new implementations or modifications.
Maintain clear documentation regarding process changes, user manuals, and training materials.

Key Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with extensive use of Zoho systems.
Process led approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong project management skills and adaptability to manage changes smoothly.
