We are delighted to be working with a London based NHS organisation to find an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to support the wider team
You will work collaboratively with the People Partner and Senior People and Culture Partners to provide expert HR advice and support to the line managers, including, but not limited to:
- Workforce information,
- Terms and conditions,
- HR processes,
- Workforce and payroll,
- Policy advice and grading,
- All aspects of workforce performance, development, change programmes and employee relations
To be considered you need:
- Experience at a Senior HR Advisor / Associate Business Partner level
- Public sector experience is essential - NHS would be an advantage
- To be able to start within 2 weeks
- To be able to work on site in London 2 or 3 days a week (the rest of the week is remote)
This is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract initially
