Job Description

The BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Advisory Director is responsible for leading and managing advisory services aimed at optimising and transforming clients' business processes through outsourcing strategies. This position requires deep expertise in BPO, along with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Strategy:

  • Build and sustain relationships with key clients.
  • Assess client needs and create customised BPO strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.

Project Management:

  • Lead BPO projects from initiation to completion.
