This is a client facing role, the successful candidate will be supporting customers on resolving issues, challenges and providing solutions tailored to their needs.Role Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve Business Central related issues- Conducting basic data reconciliation between entry tables and reports.- Collaborating closely with Support Developers to provide accurate and detailed data when necessary.- Documenting and prioritising cases for escalation to third-line support.- Performing basic debugging of error messages.The successful candidate will have the following:- Excellent communication skills- 4+ years Business Central experience in a support or consultant role- Strong case management skills - the ability to prioritise is key- Experience supporting 3rd party apps (Jet Reports, Continia and Tasklet preferred)For immediate consideration please apply.
