Are you a skilled Business Change Consultant looking to make a significant impact? Join a newly formed business change team supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This client is a London Market insurer who are growing fast and looking for someone skilled in business change to help them grow in a healthy and effective way. This role will require versatility with someone willing to pick up work across, Business Analysis, Business Project Management and Change Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable change initiatives.
- Assist in project planning, monitor progress, and manage risks effectively.
- Design and implement strategies for successful change management and adoption.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users throughout the change process.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance communication between business and IT teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid understanding of insurance business operations.
- Proven expertise in business analysis and project management (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
