Business Process Analyst

£575 P/D Inside IR35

London - Hybrid 2 days

My client is undergoing change at great speed and within a newly formed area called Operational Excellence, there is a need to find a fantastic, energetic person to contribute and become a key player, in the Process Management team.

Over the last two years, my client has seen revenue increase exponentially as its commercial involvement collaborating with companies around the world, continues to grow. Yet the processes that teams need to work to, to support this change, require review. Likewise, new initiatives not only need new processes to be created, but require vast numbers of people to go on a journey to understand the real value in capturing both operational and procedural business flows.

  • Whilst the newly appointed Process Manager starts to configure the ARIS BPMN Tooling, there is a need to help in establishing rules, ways of working, training, governance, and the creation of an established centralised and digitised catalogue of all Crown Estate processes.
  • Remaining time will be spent, working with key business stakeholders to establish existing, As-Is processes that require conversion to the ARIS BPMN tool and in facilitating workshops to create new processes.
  • These might be helping with conceptual ideas, likewise, project-specific development work that requires a structure way of thinking and working to elicit information and create accurate, visually pleasing process models on both an operational and procedural level.
  • This role is about both internal process tooling, rules, ways of working, set-up, and configuration, along with stakeholder engagement, management, and ownership.

An exciting time to join such a wonderful company and help define and establish best practices for the future.
