- Annual bonus taking your OTE to £50k in year one

The Role Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to understand your clients offering as well as what their hiring requirements are
- Working closely with the team to create a strong pitch to win clients business
- Mapping the market - pinpointing all potential candidates and understanding their backgrounds, career path, and future aspirations
- Working with your client in understanding which candidates they want to take forward to interview
- Approaching candidates, interviewing them, and scheduling meetings between them and your client
- Creating reports based on the process to help consult clients on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and any changes that might be necessary at attracting the best talent
The Requirements Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a commercial setting (part-time, internships, placement year etc.)
- Fluent German speaking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing the best service for your clients
