Are you a skilled and enthusiastic professional looking for an exciting opportunity as a New Business Consultant in the global custody industry? Our client, a leading organisation in this field, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. As a New Business Consultant - Custody Transitions, you will play a crucial role in managing new business implementations and acting as the primary point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients, consultants, investment managers, and sales group to establish transition guidelines and ensure a seamless process
  • Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, providing information on our client's requirements for transition
  • Collaborate with the client servicing team to translate unique processing needs into procedures and documentation
  • Coordinate pre-implementation meetings to identify and address client needs
  • Create and maintain transition project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
  • Provide subject matter expertise during the sales process, producing and presenting transition delivery plans

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Qualifications:

Investment management qualifications are advantageous
Experience:

Prior work experience in a similar role is essential

  • Knowledge of custody products and services, gained through related work experience, is necessary
  • Experience with custody systems and project management is required
  • Previous knowledge of investment management operations and business analysis is beneficial
