This role is pivotal in shaping and refining business operating models, with a strong emphasis on organisational design, including the development of people structures, information access, and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will often be the sole design analyst within existing project structures and must have the capability to work autonomously while regularly liaising with supervisors for guidance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and amend business operating models to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Focus on organisational design, addressing people structures, information access, and governance.
  • Operate within existing project structures, often as the primary design analyst.
  • Ensure regular check-ins with supervisors for feedback and direction.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business operating model development, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong organisational design skills, including process development and ways of working.
  • Ability to work independently with confidence and credibility.
  • Current security clearance is required to apply.
