  • Engage with a high volume of inbound enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with IFAs and Wealth Managers, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive business growth and expand the client base.
  • Conduct face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings, presenting solutions and closing deals.
  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring a structured, results-focused approach.
  • Work five days a week in the office, collaborating with an ambitious team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and roadshows, occasionally working outside regular hours.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience in Financial Services, ideally within a FinTech environment.
  • Experience working with IFAs, Wealth Managers, or Financial Advisers.
  • A high-energy, self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment—things move quickly here!
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
