As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your role will be pivotal in understanding the business needs and translating them into detailed requirements. You will be responsible for combining inputs from various teams to create unified solutions. Your ability to analyse complex requirements and break them down into manageable tasks will be crucial. You will design user-friendly PowerBI reports and dashboards that enhance daily operations. Additionally, you will document both business and technical requirements while supporting legacy reports during migration processes. Upholding best practices for data governance and management will also fall under your purview.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Intelligence Analyst role brings prior experience in Banking or Financial Services. Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies is desirable, along with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Monday or similar. Fluent English oral and written skills are essential, as is the ability to convey complex information to different stakeholders. Experience with ETLs and/or data warehousing would be advantageous. The candidate should have great proficiency in SQL, Excel (including some working knowledge of VBA), visualisation tools (preferably PowerBI), and scripting languages such as Python or R. Experience with Power Query and DAX would be a significant plus.
