Business Development Manager - 12 Month FTC
We are working with a global law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to maximise revenue growth.
- Support partners and associates in achieving business development objectives.
- Manage opportunity pursuits, including pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate on integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and market-facing activities.
- Maintain and monitor the BD budget and ensure data capture requirements are met.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional services business development environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Experience in managing and coaching a team of BD professionals.
