Business Development Manager Location: London
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firms social, collaborative, and hard-working team as a Business Development Manager in the ENRI practice. You'll play a key role in managing 3-4 pitches per week, leading client relationship activities, and driving business development in Africa. You'll work closely with senior partners to support the growth of the Africa practice and have a direct impact on the firm's success in this high-priority region.
The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong pitch management experience, ideally in Energy, Infrastructure, or Africa-focused BD
- Client relationship management skills, with experience building and maintaining strong client connections
- Experience leading events, particularly client-facing and international events in Africa and Europe
- Collaboration and adaptability, with a results-driven approach to working within a fast-paced environment
- A background in bids, with an interest in transitioning into a broader business development role
