Harnham is working with a leading housing company to find a new Customer Insights Analyst! In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer experience insights to improve customer satisfaction across the business, truly changing lives with the impact of the insights gathered.
THE COMPANY
The company provides affordable homes across the country, and they are eager to improve the customers' experience. They're unique in their approach; they're a for profit housing provider with the investor side and housing association side working together towards a shared goal. It is a fast-paced environment with all sides trying to do right by the customers.
THE ROLE
In this role, the successful candidate will work with the Senior Insight Manager to deliver insights directly to the Chief Customer Officer, as well as teams across the business. They will:
- Script and administer surveys
- Design questionnaires
- Liaise with different teams to understand their objectives
- Pull a story from the data to deliver actionable insights
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Have 4-5 years experience in research
- Have strong experience with qualitative research
- Be passionate about customer satisfaction
- Be comfortable using Qualtrics, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Excel
