We are seeking an experienced 1st Line Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, delivers fair customer outcomes, and drives continuous operational improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the 1st Line Quality Assurance team to maintain high compliance standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide insights and reporting on trends and risks through monthly MI reporting.
- Design and deliver training programmes to enhance compliance awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality assurance measures into operations.
- Actively challenge and improve processes, controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven experience in 1st Line Quality Assurance within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
