Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to generate sourcing strategies and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Evernote, Google Suite, and job boards to track candidates and manage workflow.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in our internal databases.
  • Stay updated on market trends and key industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships and seek referrals for additional candidates.
  • Assist the Managing Director with business development projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client management, particularly within asset management is preferable.
  • Proven track record in candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
  • Strong self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize dynamically.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
