If so, Signature Recruitment is seeking a Standards Programme Coordinator with an organisation promoting responsible and sustainable practices and ethical standards.

This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start and is offered on a hybrid working arrangement with two days, Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the office in central London, and the balance from home. The salary is between £30-£33K depending on experience and the benefits include 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension contribution and income protection as well as WFH equipment provided.

As a Standards Programme Coordinator you will join a small, collaborative and friendly team within the Standards Team reporting to the Senior Standards Manager. You will focus on dealing with queries from both members and external stakeholders and will use your excellent communication skills to deal with these effectively and efficiently. In addition, you will prepare paperwork for meetings, attend and take well drafted Minutes.

Standards Programme Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Standards Manager and Standards Manager with projects related to the transition and implementation of the new Standards. In addition, assisting with research projects, and toolkit development
  • Working with the Standards Committee in the preparation of meeting materials such as PowerPoint decks, action logs, and taking Minutes as required
  • Providing technical support to members with timely responses to queries in the training and consultation mailboxes
  • Managing the Standards Workplan Tracker, and maintaining detailed company information records including SharePoint folders as necessary
  • Attending stakeholder meetings, including minute taking and supporting events and webinars including drafting presentations for other external meetings and events
  • A team player happy to assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects in order to assist the team and wider business

Standards Programme Coordinator Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administration role ideally in standards and compliance with knowledge of responsible business practices and sustainability desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards and precision in all tasks
  • Highly Proficient IT skills - ideally with database experience
