About the Assistant General Manager position
- To lead a team and achieve results.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Lead from the front and check all company paperwork, including H&S/financial audits.
- Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
- Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service.
