The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to become part of a dedicated and talented team at a lively and vibrant cocktail bar. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the bar experience.
- Manage stock, inventory, and budgeting to maintain profitability.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar role within cocktail bars.
- A background in cocktail-making or mixology is desirable.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
