We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager or an ambitious Restaurant Manager looking for progression to join the team of one of Londons most well respected & forward thinking Restaurant groups.

About the role:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing the Bar, Restaurant, and Retail operations.
- Demonstrate leadership by inspiring and developing the team according to our ethos.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
- Collaborate with other department heads to meet business goals.
About You:
- Previous experience as an AGM, with strong operational knowledge
- Passion for great food, service, and people.
- Proficient in managing financials, health, and safety.
- A proactive, hands-on leader comfortable in high-volume environments.
- Strong track record in team recruitment and development.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
