About you:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, including restaurant front-line operations.
- Bachelors Degree in HRM, Business, or Culinary preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, verifiable by peers and prior supervisors.
- Ability to illustrate consultative skills and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop recommended solutions.
- Possesses the potential and aspiration to serve as a General Manager.
