The role
We are looking for an AGM to join this established team, consisting of long standing GM, Head chef and Sales manager to further push this business along. The right person would work alongside the GM to develop and train the team, manage the business through sales, stock and wages ensuring a great experience for everyone. This role is fully integrated into the team and would involve all parts of the business
The person
The right person would have a passion for hospitality, the customer, the product and the team. There is great room for growth and development for the right person, who is inspired to work hard to build the business further. If you are motivated to create great experiences, alongside an exceptional team, this could be for you
