Key responsibilities of Assistant General Manager:
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants or dark kitchen. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing restaurant / kitchen staff, ensuring high food quality, managing customer orders, and maintaining operational efficiency. About You:
Experience
3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the QSR, restaurant, or dark kitchen environment.
Proven experience in managing a team, handling operations, and maintaining food safety standards.
Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and online delivery platforms.
