We are working with a client in need of an Assistant General Manager to become part of a fantastic company located in Shoreditch. You will assist the General Manager in leading a team of 140 individuals, upholding the legacy of one of London's premier hospitality venues. The ideal candidate will possess experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, having led high-volume bars and restaurants known for their exceptional service standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving revenue by delivering exceptional experiences across all areas of the venue, including the restaurant, two bars, four distinct private bookable areas, and floor service.
- Establishing clear development pathways and structures for all 140 team members.
- Assisting the GM in conducting a weekly Leadership meeting for Managers and Supervisors from all departments.
- Fostering an environment of inclusivity and accessibility.
- Ensuring that all Licensing Objectives are consistently met.
- Maintaining the highest standards and consistency for food and drink products.
