Your new companyHippodrome Casino - Working within the Matcham theatre, home of Magic Mike Live, Penny Bar and permission who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome.Your new role48 hours per week and such additional hours as may be required from time to time. Rota covering twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, Sunday to Saturday1. Assist in the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives whilst ensuring that all policies, procedures and appropriate supporting structures are in place.2. Oversee the implementation of agreed levels of customer service, whilst developing continuous improvements to customer journey and service standards.3. Identify and recommend improvements to operating models, processes and initiatives that drive customer experience improvements.4. Continuously develop, review and evaluate systems and processes to sustain customer-centric transformation across operations.5. Contribute to initiatives that elevate the Hippodrome brand and provide marketing opportunities for business.6. Ensure all relevant company procedures are followed, and accurate records are kept with reference to daily cash up, operations reports and HR matters.7. Ensure customer issues are resolved immediately wherever possible and provide assistance and support where necessary to achieve a satisfactory resolution.8. Assist in managing staff levels and rotas to ensure that the Department operates efficiently and in accordance with business requirements whilst catering for holiday requests, sick leave and any other planned or unplanned events.9. Support relevant professional development across all areas of the Department by formulating appropriately focused training plans.10. Ensure that agreed service standards are maintained in all key areas of the Department whilst monitoring and assessing quality, cost and service delivery, and implementing identified efficiencies.11. Work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary team and provide support, assistance and resources to staff and management to assist in achieving the overall business objectives.12. Undertake any identified training necessary to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the position.13. Assist to develop and maintain a clear and precise communication strategy to enable the delivery of key information to senior management and colleagues in a timely and effective manner.14. Maintain a current and in-depth knowledge of the company's brand, systems and processes.15. Carry out any other reasonable instructions to assist the business as directed.What you'll need to succeed
