Business development manager required asap
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the private sector with a strong focus on B2B clients such as property management companies, landlords, and private real estate developers. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth through proactive business development efforts within these sectors.

Your duties: B2B Client Acquisition & Business Growth, B2B Client Relationship Management, Strategic Business Development in B2B Markets, Strategic Business Development in B2B Markets, Lead Generation & Networking, KPI Tracking & Performance Reporting.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within the HVAC or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing business with B2B clients, particularly within the property management and real estate development sectors.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills with a focus on closing high-value deals in the B2B space.
  • Experience in managing key client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software with the ability to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales performance
