Business Manager Luxury Beauty/Luxury Skincare Brand
As a Business Manager, you will be a brand ambassador in one of their most premium London well-known stores. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, through an entrepreneurial and engaging management style to create new business opportunities as well as being a strong leader to ensure that all clients receive a personalized luxury service and the counter achieves sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Lead team to exceed sales targets (NSV, A£S, IPT).
- Manage monthly activities, stock, and budgets with Line Manager.
- Educate clients on product heritage, values, and benefits.
- Maximize sales opportunities and cross-sell products.
- Leverage CRM tools (Smile, HRbS Analyzer) to retain and grow client base.
Management
- Oversee all counters, managing stock and liaising with HO (Marketing & Stock).
- Coach and develop team members, handle appraisals, and manage events.
- Ensure efficient operational and administrative task completion.
Client Relations
- Build personalized client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Proactively recruit new clients, ensuring personalized service.
- Capture client data in CRM, following GDPR guidelines.
General Duties
- Monitor stock, manage merchandise according to corporate guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, and store management.
- Represent the brand and undertake additional duties as needed.

- Sales targets (NSV, A£S, IPT).
- Service targets (BR % of business, consultations).
- CRM & client retention goals.
