A lifestyle management company is looking for a top candidate to support their CEO as Chief of Staff, acting as their true right hand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a 1:1 role, where they can go above and beyond and act as a real go to for the CEO - supporting them with day-to-day EA duties, as well as contributing to projects and strategy. This is a temporary to permanent role, offering hybrid working (3 days in, 2 from home) and a salary of £50k-£60k, DOE. Their offices are based in the West End. Hours are 9am-5.30pm. What you'll do: 
  • Extensive diary management 
  • Inbox management - responding on CEO's behalf 
  • Scheduling, attending and minuting board meetings 
  • Collating board packs and agendas 
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations 
  • Arranging travel
  • Collating data
  • Organising offsite management meetings
  • Management of projects as directed by CE
Who you are: 
  • Extensive EA experience, ideally at C-suite level 
  • Proactive and a quick thinker 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience organising board meetings 
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Takes ownership of tasks and projects and delivers excellent results
  • Able to work well in a high-pressured environment
  • Mature approach, reliable, dedicated and committed with a strong drive
  • The ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible and willing to work closely with heads of departments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – outstanding telephone manner
  • Confidential – privy to highly sensitive information, a discreet and professional individual is essential
