A General Manager is required to join a leading Theatrical Production company based in London. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on General Manager to join this pivotal role, overseeing the day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and driving the operational success across the business.

This is a flexible role, with hybrid working offered, as well as the chance to work with a passionate and dedicated team in a dynamic and creative environment. If you have proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the theatrical production or entertainment, we'd love to here from you today!

Duties:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's goals and growth objectives.
  • Oversee all operations, including production schedules, training programs, resource allocation, and administrative functions.
  • Mentor and manage key staff, including administrators, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, and introduce improvements.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, optimise operational costs, and ensure financial health.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality across all productions and training programs, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, driving accountability and performance.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and optimising costs.
  • A passion for the arts and a commitment to supporting young talent.?
