Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Graduate IT and AV Support Technician to join their London office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Regional Technology Manager our client is looking to add a Graduate IT and AV Support Technician to their team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of computer and phone support to offices across Europe, both remotely and face to face. You will also provide AV support throughout the office for both day-to-day duties and events.

The ideal candidate will hold a Computer Science degree or similar, and will be looking for their first full-time role in a support capacity in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Regional Technology Manager in investigating, troubleshooting and resolving both 1st and 2nd line technical queries

- Assist with routine day-to-day user tasks, such as setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops and iPhones

- Participate in both software and hardware rollouts / upgrades

- Ensure all problems are escalated to the relevant member of staff when necessary

- Be the first point of call both in person, over the phone and via email for any technical queries or questions

- Provide a high level of customer service and customer support to users at all times

- Setup and breakdown all AV equipment before and after use

- Be the go-to for any meeting room AV support

- Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade AV equipment, including projectors, cameras, microphones, video conferencing tools and more

Key Experience:

- Degree-educated, holding a Computer Science degree or similar

- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of at team

- Confident maintaining knowledge of the latest tools and technologies

- Ability to multitask whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained at all times

- Strong working knowledge of MS and Office365 is essential

- Confident picking up new software and hardware skills with ease

- General interest in technology and AV
