Head of Operations – Initial 6 month FTC – c.£90,000

We are working with a leading international company who are looking for someone to oversee the entire operational framework with the goal being to ensure seamless integration between service and production functions across the business. 

This is a hands-on role where you have full operational oversight, budget and management responsibility as well as being heavily involved in the selection of new technologies and services. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Strong background within an operational leadership role, preferably within financial services but not essential. 
  • Strong leadership, ability to management teams and individuals as well as conduct performance reviews, identify development opportunities and areas of improvement. 
  • Strong budgeting, including CAPRX and OPEX Budgets, develop strategies to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Customer approach, the ability to work with clients, sales teams across the UK and Ireland and address inquiries relation to operational efficiency. 

This is a new position within the company so you will be responsible for shaping the role and responsibilities over the coming months so you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
