- Office management – think about supplies, contracts, facilities and office improvements
- Managing the legal documents – tracking when contracts are returned.
- Onboarding and Offboarding – setting up accounts, organising for equipment to be ready.
- Business reporting – running reports of the CRM system, managing the integrity of the data on the system
- Technical support – being the point of contact for team members to raise issues and manage this with the external IT supplier
- Events – managing all the events for the company, including incentive trips to the US, lunch clubs, and Christmas parties.
- Projects – working with the Senior Operations Manager on projects.
- 6-12 months experience within an Operations or Admin role
- Experience working in a fast paced office environment
- Proactive nature
