Sales Manager / Branch Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join a leading construction product distributor located in North-West London. The company supply a wide range of faade related products to the construction industry and due to continuous growth, require an experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join their team.

• Starting salary 45,000 - 50,000

• Reporting directly to the General Manager
• Be the focal-point of the London branch
• You need to be a commercially minded, sales driven and a well organised individual who will enjoy building relationships with your team, suppliers and customers with the ability to troubleshoot issues if they arise

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Facade product knowledge (such as; cladding, glazing, windows, doors, rainscreen)
• Proven experience in buying and selling products
• High quality communication skills, verbal and written
• Managing, developing, and supporting a team
• Understand and meet customer requirements
• Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
• Proven experience in project management
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly numerate
