The company supply a wide range of faade related products to the construction industry and due to continuous growth, require an experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join their team.
Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Remuneration
- Starting salary £45,000 - £50,000
- 23 Days holiday (plus Bank Holidays, and additional days for long service)

Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Overview
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
- Be the focal-point of the London branch
- You need to be a commercially minded, sales driven and a well organised individual who will enjoy building relationships with your team, suppliers and customers with the ability to troubleshoot issues if they arise
Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Facade product knowledge (such as; cladding, glazing, windows, doors, rainscreen)
- Proven experience in buying and selling products
- High quality communication skills, verbal and written
- Managing, developing, and supporting a team
- Understand and meet customer requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate
