Title: Team Assistant

Location: Hybrid / 1-2 days in London per week

Salary range: £25k - £30k DOE + benefits

The speed read:
Agency Bell is a boutique recruitment agency who focus solely on roles within the creative industry. We are currently looking for an organised, proactive and professional individual to join our team to assist with the day to day running of the business.

The facts:
We'd like someone on a full-time basis who wants to learn about HR, recruitment, and would like to train to become a junior talent consultant in time OR an experienced PA/PM on a part time basis.

Responsibilities will include project admin; for example - setting up new clients, sharing T&Cs, creating paperwork for freelance bookings, alongside scheduling interviews, purchasing equipment, troubleshooting (within reason of course), and booking office spaces and restaurants for team gatherings.

There is also, perhaps most importantly, copywriting. You’re someone that has a way with words and would enjoy turning a job spec into an attention-grabbing advert. We really care about the roles we work on and want to make sure our posts reflect that.

We often conduct competitor mapping to support on roles that require a head-hunting approach – so we need someone who enjoys research projects and can present their findings in an organised way.

We work with lots of different companies (design studios, communications agencies and brands directly) that require creative talent – so it is a fantastic opportunity to learn a huge amount about different specialisms. We are looking for someone who is as curious as us!

Please also include a cover letter with your application, we’d love to get a taste of your personality and writing style.

You’ll be:
  • Great to work with: reliable, light-hearted and resourceful.
  • Happy to pick up the phone and great at talking to lots of different people.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Acrobat Pro and able to pick up working with new platforms, for example our database (Vincere) & Linkedin Premium.
  • Organised, efficient and able to work independently.

You’ll have:
  • Excellent written and team communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to a positive and productive culture.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • An interest in design, branding and communications.

Please attach your CV.
Applicants must be living in and have the right to work in the UK.
