Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Childrens Team Manager to join their great Safeguarding and Children with Disabilities Teams . Paying Up to 56,151 per annum this role is on a permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
  • You will be lead multi-agency planning for children and have the ability to deliver excellent practice standards, within the legal framework to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and families.
  • You will be responsible for allocating team workloads and providing case management.
  • Provide supervision with approaches to practice which is proportionate to identify risk and need.
