Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of all building systems, ensuring efficiency and safety.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant legislation.
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance, making improvements where necessary.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Building Manager or Soft Services Manager role, preferably in a commercial environment.
