What We Are Looking For:
路 Previous experience in luxury residential property management or high-end hospitality.
路 Proven experience within Building Management style role.
路 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
路 Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
路 Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to property management.
路 Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a 5-star resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management
路 Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the building, grounds, and infrastructure.
路 Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialised works.
Resident Services
路 Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling queries and concerns efficiently.
路 Manage resident communications, including newsletters and notices.
Financial Management
路 Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
路 Oversee billing, collection, and record-keeping of resident fees and payments.
Compliance & Safety
路 Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
路 Maintain accurate records of compliance and safety checks.
