Building Services Manager

Our Client is a major London based Fitout Main Contractor. This role exists within their Major Projects Division which covers Central London Projects. ThisM&E Manager position is initially based on a year-long large fitout refurbishment contract of an iconic, interesting building.

This companyare looking for an M&E Building Services Manager (either Mechanical or Electrically biased, but you must have knowledge of both disciplines) from a fitout contractor background. This role is usually referred to as a Technical Services Manager (TSM) or Building Services Manager (BSM) position.

Previous M&E Management Installation management experience on fit out projects with a fitoutcontractor is essential.

Our client needs someone client focused and very good technically, who is good at getting the best out of subcontractors and specialists on sites and who can build good relationships.
