We are seeking a dedicated Business Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service administration and costing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, and a background in fire & security services.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the service administration and costing teams
- Develop and implement training programs for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Analyse reports and identify areas for improvement
- Set objectives and strategies for the teams to meet company goals
- Oversee scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management
- Utilize excellent IT skills to optimise operational processes
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong background in managing day-to-day operations and teams
- Experience in fire & security services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
