Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service administration and costing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, and a background in fire & security services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the service administration and costing teams
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Analyse reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Set objectives and strategies for the teams to meet company goals
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management
  • Utilize excellent IT skills to optimise operational processes
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
  • Strong background in managing day-to-day operations and teams
  • Experience in fire & security services is highly desirable
