Working at a leading Private Hospital in the West-End of London.

Paying the equivalent of £45 000, which is £23.07 per hour. For a 37.5 hour week.

Days: Mon - Sunday (2 weekends a month).

Shift times: 12pm - 8.30pm & 6am- 2pm.

Start: ASAP.

Duration: 3 months.

Help maintain a busy cleaning and catering team at the prestigious venue in the heart of London’s West-End. Maintaining the quality of cleaning and of catering. Managing staff and all the responsibilities that arise from that. Working the 12pm to 8.30pm shift is a must.

Requirements:

Must have experience at team leader or manager level.

Late shift (12pm-8.30pm) is a must.

Lead the housekeeping and catering teams - catering experience not essential.

General Management:

  • Lead staff recruitment, induction, training, and appraisals.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling including sickness and absence and overtime.
  • Oversee stock management.
  • Set revenue and patient satisfaction targets.
  • Organise budgets and controlling expenditure.
  • Review standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and experience.
  • Liaise with relevant supplier contracts and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Conduct cleanliness checks.
