Our client, is based in the heart of London, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their supportive, collaborative, and established team. With convenient office location just a 5-minute walk from Bank train station, and stunning City views from the office, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Our client, a reputable facilities management company, specialises in providing top-notch services to corporate clients. With a large team of dedicated staff across the UK, they are committed to excellence and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

?? The Role:

  • Supporting with daily administrative tasks alongside your team
  • Providing 5* service to clients in the office, offering assistance where needed
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Senior team, to ensure the smooth running of the office and building
  • Dealing with contractors on a daily basis
  • Completing floor walks
  • Ensuring all office facilities are kept to a high standard
  • Provide support with meeting rooms and moving equipment
  • Managing cleaning services and maintenance

?? About you

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities role is a must (ideally from a professional services background)
  • A forward-thinking and proactive mindset, with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • IT skills - MS 365
  • Someone who is reliable, dependable and trustworthy
