A law firm based in the city is seeking a temporary Facilities Assistant, paying up to 14 per hour to support for 2-4 weeks.
This is a temporary facilities position that will interview on Friday 14th March to then start in the position on Monday 17th March, so all candidates applying need to be immediately available.
The ideal candidate will have a real can-do attitude and will get stuck into anything presented to them. A great team player, you will pull together to support the day to day running of the office.
Duties will include the following:
- Delivering and sending internal and external post, including franking and FX
- Replenishing stock (stationery, paper, envelopes, etc.) within the office
- Helping with office moves and relocations
- Working closely with the archive, reprographics and reception team
- Setting up workstations for new starters to the firm
- Answering telephone calls and being the first point of contact for the department
- Monitoring the facilities email inbox
- Moving boxes and files from department to department
- Providing back-up support for post scanning
- Other tasks that arise within the facilities department
