Temporary Role

Monday to Friday - either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm (it will vary day to day).

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading and highly-regarded professional services company as they seek a Facilities Assistant to join their busy team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office site. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating office procedures, the Facilities Assistant will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of this dynamic workplace.

Duties of the Facilities Assistant to include:

  • Re-stocking the kitchen
  • Manages office stationery
  • Basic DIY around the building
  • Replying to emails and various other administrative duties
  • Ordering supplies
  • Arranging maintenance and basic maintenance
  • Office post management and deliveries
  • Switchboard cover
  • Team rota and scheduling
  • Responding to internal requests for assistance
  • General admin: Fridge cleaning, London emails etc
  • Food Delivery
  • Team Holiday Cover
  • Arranging office moves
  • Restocking Stationery

Requirements for the successful Facilities Assistant:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience working within Facilities
  • Previous experience working within a corporate environment or within professional services is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
