The client
My client are an established law firm based in the heart of city seeking a Facilities Coordinator to come in and provide support to their already established facilities team during a very busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop already established skills and work alongside a friendly team.
The role
- Supporting and coordinating the onsite teams (cleaning, reception and M&E).
- Daily, weekly and monthly H&S and Facilities checklists: ensuring all floors provide a great working environment by identifying, troubleshooting and/or reporting and issues
- Site compliance: monitoring and acting on any upcoming statutory actions
- Undertake and manage ordering and stock control.
The person
- Someone who has experience working within facilities or reception
- Confident, forward thinking and happy to help
