The successful candidate will support the onsite teams, manage health and safety checklists, and ensure site compliance.
Candidates should have experience working in facilities or reception and possess a confident and proactive attitude.

Facilities Coordinator - Temporary position

The client

My client are an established law firm based in the heart of city seeking a Facilities Coordinator to come in and provide support to their already established facilities team during a very busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop already established skills and work alongside a friendly team.

The role

Supporting and coordinating the onsite teams (cleaning, reception and M&E).
Daily, weekly and monthly H&S and Facilities checklists: ensuring all floors provide a great working environment by identifying, troubleshooting and/or reporting and issues
Site compliance: monitoring and acting on any upcoming statutory actions
Undertake and manage ordering and stock control.

The person

Someone who has experience working within facilities or reception
Confident, forward thinking and happy to help
