Facilities Coordinator**6 month FTC - Potnetial to go Permanent**Monday to Friday - Shifts 8am – 4pm or 2pm – 10pm (Flexibility is needed)£24687The Client:-Is one of the most prestigious and oldest drama schools in the UKThe Role:-• Deliver key tasks to ensure the day to day running and maintenance • Respond to requests for assistance and support the Customer Service Officer with such requests • Support the Space Management Officer in room preparation• To be a key part of the Emergency Response team• To be responsible for the up keep of the building • H&S checks - daily checks & inspections• Ensure the safety of the premises and personnel (patrols, monitoring surveillance, inspecting buildings and access points)•  Opening/Closing up, ensuring the alarms are set • Ensure that welfare facilities are clean, functioning and properly stocked • Carry out repairs and reporting any issues • Support the FOH manager during Shows and Events • Monitoring the Facilities inbox • Monitoring the room booking system to ensure set up as per any requests• Answering the Facilities phone  logging any requests • Monitoring the Facilities call logging system• To assist with setting up and clearing rooms for classes, meetings and events as required including the movement of furniture, technical equipment, sound and audio equipment• To sweep and wash down, as needed, the entrances to the building, keeping the grounds clean and tidy, including litter picking• Receive fire warden, first aid and seizure training • Adhoc Reception Cover during lunchtime and when requiredOur mission: Our mission: To be the leading Business Services recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
