Our client a facilities maintenance company based in South Kensington are looking for an organised and Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

This role is based in a critical environment, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities across diverse and complex building environments, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Research, Higher Education, Student Accommodation, and Leisure Facilities.

Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Reactive Maintenance, Callouts, Planned Maintenance, Statutory Maintenance, and Additional Works.
  • Work closely with the dedicated Smart Buildings Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operator.
  • Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders to ensure job progress is transparently and accurately reported.
  • Utilise the client's CAFM system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring updates are promptly and accurately logged

Facilities Coordinator Specification:

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (Planon) and a good understanding of BEMS operations.
  • You work well in a collaborative environment and can effectively coordinate with engineers and managers.
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Clear, effective communication is your forte. You can liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence.

  • 34 days holiday
  • 1 weeks’ Maternity or Adoption Leave at full pay for new parents
  • 2 weeks’ Paternity Leave at full pay plus a further 7 weeks of Partner’s Leave, 3 at full pay and 4 at half pay
  • Up to 2 weeks leave at full pay in every 12-month period for employees undergoing assisted fertility treatment
  • Gradual return for new parents returning from Maternity or Adoption Leave, who can work 80% of their contractual hours for 100% pay and benefits for up to 6 months
  • Paid time off for antenatal, adoption and fostering appointment
