Facilities Manager
Nouvo Recruitment are looking for an experienced, polished, and very well organised Facilities manager for our team based in the Heart of London.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the maintenance and presentation.
- Liaising with residents of the housing to ensure high levels of service delivery and ongoing satisfaction is met.
- Responsibly for the security.
- Implementation and overview of appropriate operations protocols.
- Management of 2 members of staff.
- Management of Health and Safety Compliance.
- Overseeing contractors on and off site to ensure their work is to the highest standards.
- Weekly reports.
- Logging and reporting any maintenance requirements or incidents.
Personal Requirements:
- High personal standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Keen to delivery high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Flexible, reliable, and credible
- An effective leader
- Accountable, adaptable, and innovative.
Experience and skills required:
- Five years of experience in a facilities role.
- Must have background within Commercial.
- Demonstrated understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, Health & Safety at Work Act, employment law, and other applicable legislation.
- Excellent IT Skills.
