Sonic Summary

Our client, a property investor managing approximately 30 commercial office buildings in London and the Home Counties, is seeking an experienced FM Property Manager.
The role involves overseeing 6 or 7 buildings, ensuring high standards of hard and soft FM services, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities also include managing service charge and capex budgets and leading refurbishment and upgrade projects.
The position offers a salary range of £48k to £55k, requiring candidates to have at least 4 years of experience.
Additional benefits include a discretionary bonus scheme, a progressively increasing pension, private healthcare, and expensed travel, with the primary work location being the company office in Vauxhall.

Our client is a property investor with a portfolio of approx. 30 commercial office buildings across London and the Home Counties.

We are seeking an experienced FM Property Manager to manage 6 or 7 of those buildings, ensuring that all contracted hard and soft FM services at are delivered to an exceptional standard. You will also be required to ensure that H&S compliance is maintained, that tenants are happy and occupancy rates are high.

You will be calculating and managing service charge and capex budgets and leading on refurb/ replacement and upgrade projects within your portfolio.

With a salary band of £48k to £55k we will consider candidates from 4 years + experience. There is a discretionary bonus scheme, good pension that increases with service, private healthcare and expensed travel.

This is a role with requirement to work predominantly from the company's office in Vauxhall and to visit your portfolio of properties across London and the home Counties. Occasional working from home permitted.
